Service Description

If it is an initial consultation, it must take place on site. The online meeting takes place via Zoom. The consultation according to Section 37.3 SGB XI is intended to ensure the quality of home care and is carried out when care is already taking place. This is done by accompanying care at home with regular visits. These consultation visits are mandatory from care level 2 for care allowance recipients who do not receive support from a care service. People in need of care with care level 1 and people in need of care who receive care benefits in kind from an outpatient care service are entitled to access this consultation once every six months.
